What materials are used in your doors and drawer fronts?
Every door and drawer front consists of a solid wooden frame with a veneered MDF panel. The MDF is veneered with real wood, ensuring a consistent look.
What types of wood do you offer?
We offer a variety of hardwood options including oak, ash, cherry, walnut, and sapele. If you have a specific type of wood in mind, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability and source our hardwoods from suppliers who adhere to responsible forestry practices.
Do you offer extras such as plinths and end panels?
Yes, we can supply any extras you may require to complement your doors and drawer fronts. You can request these either when requesting a quote or by contacting us here.
Do you provide installation services?
We do not provide installation services directly. However, we can pre-drill holes for standard 35 mm cabinet hinges on request, making installation quick and easy.
Can I view samples of the wood you use?
Yes, we can provide samples of the wood we use and our wood finishes upon request for a small fee. If you go on to place an order, this fee will be refunded. You can also visit our gallery page here to see examples of our work.
Can I request a custom design?
If you have a custom design you would like, please feel free to contact us with an image of the design, and we will let you know if this is something we could supply. We specialize specifically in Shaker style doors. This design is constructed using the 'frame and panel' method and our workshop is set up to produce doors and drawer fronts in that way, so we will not be able to match all designs.
Can you make doors and drawer fronts to fit custom sizes?
Yes, we can create doors and drawer fronts to fit custom sizes. Please provide the measurements when requesting a quote.
Do you offer painted doors and drawer fronts?
We don't offer painted doors and drawer fronts. All of our doors and drawer fronts come with an oil finish to bring out the beauty of the natural wood. If you would like to paint the doors and drawer fronts yourself, they can be supplied sanded and without any finish.
What finishes do you offer?
We offer either a linseed oil finish or an Osmo Polyx oil finish for our doors and drawer fronts.
How much is postage & packaging?
The price of P&P depends on where you live and the number/sizes of doors and drawer fronts you are ordering. If you leave your postcode when requesting a quote, we will be able to give you a price for this.
How are your doors and drawer fronts delivered?
This depends on where you are located. Our workshop is based near Southampton, and we tend to deliver personally within around 100 miles for larger orders. For smaller orders or orders further than 100 miles, we tend to use either Parcelforce or UPS. When using a courier, the doors and drawer fronts are securely packaged, ensuring they will arrive with you safely.
What is your lead time?
Our lead time varies depending on the size of your order, but it is typically around 4 weeks. Because each order is handled individually, there might also be a wait time before we can get started. If you need your order by a specific date, please mention this when requesting a quote, and we will let you know if we can accommodate this.
How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are made via bank transfer. When you place an order, we will send you an invoice with all of the details required.
What is your return policy?
Since all of our doors and drawer fronts are made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve it.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 5-year warranty on all of our doors and drawer fronts against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
